Owner Pricing
  • New Lease Fee: 50% of one month’s rental rate (one-time, for new leases only)
  • Lease Renewal Fee: $120 per month
  • Management Plans:
    10% Plan: 10% of rent collected, capped at $175
    8% Plan: 8% of rent collected (for owners with 5+ doors- owners with 5+ properties), capped at $175
  • In-House Maintenance: Flat rate paid regardless of occupancy or rent collection
  • Maintenance Reserves:
    1–4 properties: $500 (held in escrow)
    5+ properties: $100 per door (held in escrow)
  • Vendor Maintenance Oversight: 10% surcharge on vendor invoices
  • Mid-Lease Inspections: $199 (every six months)
